Well maintained home / very bright / finished basement / Large lot with privacy / heated Garage / heated pool / Quiet safe area.
The house exterior is brick with large windows {all the windows of the basement are 36 inches high} .
The front house is facing east and the entire house has large windows. All windows in the basement are 36 inches high which allow lots of sunshine and fresh air to enter the house. The basement is totally bright and free of moisture/humidity because of the two 6 feet wide windows in the front.
The hardwood floor in the main level is in Satin Ash which can never change color .. The ceramic flooring in the bathroom and the kitchen is heated. Kitchen has lots of cabinets for more storage .
All rooms have large closets with light Inside .
The heating system for the whole house is Convector + Heat pump. There is a 60 Gallons hot water tank installed in April 2011.
Electrical panel with circuit breaker to protect appliances from damage in case of power surge.
