Owners’ comments
Many improvements and major renovations have been done since the 7 last years:
The whole basement has completely been renovated!
Roof : drain and an aerator.
New windows (20) except both of the bottom in front as well as new steel front door in front.
Rails (ledges) and gutters.
Floor covering of the most apartments in flexible tiles.
New shower and bath at the main floor.
Installation of a heat pump on the main floor.
Cracks in the basement were completely treated(handled) by Epoxy Pro and a membrane along west side of the building to prevent water infiltration.
On a list of City of Sherbrooke to be subsidized for the next renovations (before 2-3 years) which is transferable to the next owner: to improve the main plumbing as well as to redo the solage in front and redo the joints of bricks.
Interesting specifications :
Into every apartment, no sleeping room is situated near the front of the building (close to the traffic circulation) : so, it is not too noisy for a good sleep.
The neighborhood does not have to circulate by the backyard of the building. It is peaceful and private green small place situated at the foot of the Mount Bellevue.
Close to principal bus access to go everywhere in town as well as the University of Sherbrooke (10 minutes for walk).
