Nice modern cottage / SPA / Heated pool / Can be available rapidly.
Great cottage with large windows, 3+1 bedrooms, well maintained and ideal for families or couples.
Description of the house
Ground floor: the entrance hall has a cathedral ceiling with 2 skylights and many windows letting lots of light in. We access the living room through 2 French doors.
There is a 3-face propane fireplace located between the living and the rooms.
Dining room is ideal for large families or to receive often.
The large kitchen has many recent thermoplastic cabinets and ceramic backsplashes.
The 2-piece bathroom has laundry facilities. It was completely renovated in 2014.
A door on the side gives access to the SPA, in a quiet and private sector.
2nd Level: large bathroom completely renovated in 2014, with an independent shower and tub, and heated floor.
3 bedrooms of good sizes. Large windows in the master bedroom, and a lot of space in the closet.
Basement: includes a family room, large enough for a home theater. A 4th room can be used as a home office or room. The water heater was changed in 2015.
Other considerations:
Located in the Pierre-Boucher sector, its a family neighborhood within less than 5 minutes from 3 parks. Schools, kindergartens, hospital, and Longueuil's Regional Park are closeby.
An alarm system is installed, and functional, but not link to a company.
The heating is done by baseboard heater, convectors and heated floor.
All windows (except for the basement), and sliding patio door have been changed.
Outside: the roof was done in 2009.
In the backyard, you will find a large patio, an above-ground 18 feet heated pool installed in 2013.
A 110V 6 people SPA is installed in a quiet and private sector of the side of the house.
