Beautiful cottage built in 1900 with an incredible ocean view. The interior has kept its antique charm with its original woodwork, 9 feet high ceilings and antique chandelier. The house has a solarium on each side, a great veranda at the front, a 12 feet large patio at the back, a balcony on the 2nd floor and a 12x20 feet shed.
The basement has been transformed into a 4 ½ appartement that can be rented (includes a wood-burner, a workshop and an indepedant entrance). The house could represent a great commercial opportunity (it has been a hotel and a retirement home in the past).
