A beautiful open area with lots of brightness as well as 8 foot ceilings.
The floors were completely rebuilt in September 2017. Very quiet building and perfect for retirees or seniors.

Magnifique condo dans un secteur paisible près de tous les services ainsi que de l'université de Trois-Rivières.
Une belle aire ouverte avec beaucoup de luminosité ainsi que des plafonds de 8 pied.
Les planchers ont été entièrement refaits en septembre 2017. Immeuble très tranquille et parfait pour des retraités ou bien des personnes aînées.
