Living room is very spacious and has a newly renovated stone electric fireplace (2015). The kitchen is clean and up-to-date with a stainless steel hood vent installed in 2014. The dining room is the perfect size for entertaining. There are 2 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a ceiling fan with a remote installed in 2014 and has a large walk-in closet with upgraded built in shelving/cabinets. Spare bedroom closet also has an upgraded built in shelving unit. The bathroom contains a large soaker tub with separate shower. The balcony is off of the dining room which is perfect for summertime BBQ's.
