Magnificent house new condition, NOTHING TO DO TO INSTALL: !! PRO-FAB 2010, certified Novo-Climat, partially wooded (birch) located at rte 138 at the west entrance, Quebec side of Baie-St. Paul in the beautiful region of Charlevoix.
This residence is built on a large lot of 85,500 SF (7943 MC). Several additions were made in 2016 such as new kitchen counters, maple counter on the island and unusual mood lighting. The bathroom has also been renovated by adding ceramic and storage. The ground floor has been repainted this year. The house is heated by an electrical system and a very efficient slow combustion stove!
The basement is partially finished, you find there a room finished in slats of natural wood. The electrical distribution of the basement is also complete and the plumbing bathroom and washing is ready to receive the accessories: toilet, shower, sink. The washer / dryer inlets / outlets are already installed.
