Very sunny and no neighbors on the balcony side (view over stream and wooded). À proximité de tous les services même à pied: Costco, SAQ, épiceries, Méga centre, Énergie Cardio, École vision, clinique médicale, caisse Desjardins, etc... Situé dans un cul de sac. Vraiment tranquille et voisins sympathiques !

Vous adorerez vos soupers d'été sur le balcon puisque le boisé est très près, vous aurez l'impression d'être seuls. L'hiver vous pourrez partir directement du condo avec vos raquettes pour une randonnée et revenir vous réchauffer avec un bon feu de foyer.
Amélioration mars 2017: nouvelle douche céramique et lavabo au gout du jour. Nous avons profité de l'occasion pour repeindre toute les pièces (mur et plafond). C'est vraiment un clé en main.
