The house has 3 floors (including basement) where you will find 9 foot ceilings, 3 stone fireplaces and large open areas. The basement is an apartment with a bedroom, a full kitchen, living room and large bathroom with double slate shower and a sauna. A heated pine greenhouse (12'x32 ') is adjacent to the basement. The garage has been converted into loft with slate floor. All furniture and appliances are included in the price of the sale.
