Charming spacious condo with bay windows and garage, among the largest in the Montcalm neighborhood. Located at the corner of the streets, with an independent entrance and a gallery in front. A second large intimate terrace in the back.
With its 9 foot high ceilings, this condo has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 very fenestrated rooms
on the side of the Père-Marquette street are communicated via a beautiful French door. They can be
used as a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, or as a large professional home office.
The kitchen has been reconfigured and renovated, with a multitude of cabinets and a propane stove.
Hardwood floors were sanded and varnished. New windows (May 2018).
