Lots of storage space, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and an outdoor shed. Well equipped for comfort with a wall-mounted air conditioner, two interior entrances and a parking space near the rear entrance.

Quiet area with many services nearby (grocery stores, pharmacies, community center, etc.) and located less than 5 km from Old Quebec.
