Very nice open concept bungalow/cottage (4 seasons), almost completely renovated, on the edge of the Ottawa River, (Bay of Pentecost). No neighbors in front, behind and on one side. 6 foot cedar hedge between property for sale and neighbor's: very private. River on the west and south side of the residence. On land with several mature trees, mainly maples. Very peaceful, in a cul de sac. Papineauville is a charming municipality with all the desired services: grocery store, restaurants, clinic, pharmacy, police, fire, schools, etc. About halfway between Ottawa (55 minutes) and Montreal (75 minutes).
