Beautiful semi-detached duplex with bachelor and possibility to convert to a triplex with the city. Excellent location on a quiet corner close to all services and highways.
Many renovations done over the years including:
- Foundations have been piled, cracks repaired and a new French drain installed in 2016 with transferable warranty of 10 years. At the same time the asphalt driveway was redone, the parking lot enlarged, the areaway and the new entrance of the bachelor.
-The three bathrooms and plumbing redone around 2008. The three 40-gallon hot water tanks changed in 2014.
-Added an electrical panel for the ground floor and separation of apartments in 2016, replacement of the electrical panel of the second floor 2009.
-Replaced the kitchen of the ground floor in 2008.
-Full basement renovated between 2014 and 2016.
-Repair of the concrete floor of the garage at the front and replaced the drain of the parking lot in 2016.
-Ramp, staircase and balcony of the front exterior in aluminum was done in 2008.
-Doors front, rear and garage changed in 2008.
-Thermos changed in 2017 on the second floor.
-Roughcast front and side 2018.
