Spacious and comfortable house offering 3 bedrooms, a large family room, central wood fireplace in stone, cathedral ceiling, a carport, two new patios, one of 32 x 12 feet. Large heated solarium with extraordinary views of the fjord and the city of La Baie. We can see the marina of Anse à Benjamin and the port of call of Saguenay with its cruise ships. Many renovations done by contractors: electricity, plumbing, cupboards, gypsum, shower, bathroom, flooring, everything is new! Quiet family neighborhood with one of the most beautiful Saguenay city parks; swimming pool, tennis, baseball, community garden, ice rink and game module.
