The dinning area is also equipped with an air conditionning unit and the bathroom has a handle for reduced mobility.

That section is now rented with a legal contract good until December 2022.  The rent is 1,500$ per month.

Adjacent to the business is a 4 1/2 appartment with a possibility of direct access.  The appartment is equipped with a gas fireplace, a stove and a wall oven.  It is presently rented at 700$ a month with 1 month notice for release if necessary.

The 15,000+ square feet land provides plenty of parking space and includes a 23' by 17' gazebo.
