Condo of 1,238 square feet located on the 15th floor of a 20-storey building. Nice view on the Rivière-des-Prairies river as well as on the Mount Royal.
Originally 3 rooms has been converted into 2 rooms with very large living room but the third bedroom can easily be reconstructed..
