Superb corner unit, very bright with views of St-Victor Park. Quiet area close to all services (school, park, swimming pool, arena, etc.). Bamboo floors and heated floor in the bathroom. Indoor parking and storage. Possibility of a second indoor parking (22 000$). Flexible occupation.
