Exceptional and breathtaking view facing the Château Frontenac and Old Quebec, near the ferry, buses and all services.
Divided co-ownership located on the 1st level (corner unit) built in 1988. The condo gives access to a generous fenestration on 3 facades (south, west and north).
The condo has just been completely repainted, ceilings and walls. All electric baseboards, sockets and switches have been changed. Interior finishes include wood and ceramic flooring. The kitchen cabinets are in oak and the heating is electric. There is heated indoor parking as well as the possibility of renting other outdoor spaces.
