The ground floor includes a living room with an open-plan layout and a second relaxation area with a wood fireplace. The house is carpet free. Oak flooring on the main floor. 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a walk-in closet in the masters and a large bathroom with podium bath and separate shower stall. The basement includes a living room with a home theater setup and a fourth bedroom fitted as a home gym. A workshop space combined to a spacious storage area is available for various projects and repairs. The basement bathroom is functional with a ceramic shower stall.
