Owners’ comments
Cozy house located in a quiet area with views of the falls and the island of Orleans still occupied by the same owner. The required maintenance has been done by professionals and with quality materials. In 2015, we replaced the roof which is guaranteed for life and transferable, the windows and the patio door. In 2002, it was replaced for a luxury steel entry door.
Well located in Lévis because of less than 2 km from CEGEP and a shopping center with grocery store, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants. In addition, you will be a few minutes away from Cité Desjardins, the DAVIE shipyard and the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis because it is in the opposite direction of the traffic. Less than 600 meters from a primary school, two parks, and the bike path.
House with large bedrooms and lots of storage space that can accommodate a large family. A large fenestration offers a lot of natural light even in the basement. The landscaping was carried out in 1990 which gives mature trees (maples, lilac, decorative apple tree ...) and parking in inter-bloc that can easily accommodate 4 cars.
