Owners’ comments
Very nice triplex converted duplex in 2015, the ground floor is an open concept and will be available to the buyer on April 22 next. The Jolicoeur Metro and primary school are a 7-minute walk away.
The ground floor and the 1 floor were rebuilt to new (windows, doors, insulation, electricity, plumbing, walls, central beam and heat pump 24,000 BTU pulsed hot air and air conditioning).
