Located in the heart of the Laurentian this property will charm you with the fabulous view of the sky hills completely illuminated during ski season. A few minutes walk to the village of Saint Sauveur, to the ski hills, golf nearby or simply living to the rhythm of nature.
This house is very well maintained and well situated with its private 16x16 patio surrounded by trees yet the heated pool is a few steps away. The house in the front faces a protected zone.
This open concept house is well equipped and oriented full south. Air-conditioned, alarm system, surrounded by windows for maximum luminosity. It offers granite counters in the kitchen and fireplace top, large and deep cupboards to maximize space. The ceramic floors in the lower level, as well as both bathrooms, are heated for your comfort.
