Renovation:

  • Change the electrical panel which was 100 amps for a 200 amp.
  • Make electrical wiring for electric heating and install electrical complaints all over the house.
  • Remake roof asphalt shingle
  • Change a lot of windows.
  • Refurbish all ABS water pipes.
  • Insulate the walls of the second, the slope of the roof, the attic and put 2 inches of urethane up and down in the basement.
  • Remake the gallery forward and enlarge the back patio with 
  • Build a detached garage with cement floor and electric door.
  • Install plywood in the living room.
  • Install self-adhesive vinyl, imitation barn wood, in the kitchen, dining room and in the back hallway.
