Located in the Tremblant area.
New roof within the next 2 weeks.
Completely renovated in 2015: new foundation, plumbing, electricity, insulation, windows, siding, floors, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms. Water filtering system with salt and UV ensures excellent water quality.
Because of the orientation and the numerous windows, the cottage is very luminous.
The basement is ground level facing the lake. Large windows (2 in the bedroom) and French doors opening towards the lake make for a very comfortable living area. The floor of polished cement is maintenance free.
Located in a small bay makes it a quiet area. Our aluminum dock goes 66 feet in this bay.
Being near the end of the road there is little traffic.
15 minutes to Tremblant for shopping and 15 minutes to Mont-Blanc for skiing. Hiking, snowshoe, and cross country skiing trails are located in walking distance.
Motorboats are not allowed on the lake making for a quiet environment and very good water quality which is tested yearly by the lake residents association. Fishing is possible.
