Condo 4 1/2, on the third floor, in the elegant sector Montagne des Roches with an impregnable view of the city and a balcony 6' x 11', from which to admire it.
Many services and a park are at walking distance. Kitchen with lunch counter, bathroom with shower apart and air conditioning. Containing lots of storage space, the first in the condo itself 2'5 x 5'3 and an other very convenient on the third floor, 6'2 x 7'. Good provident fund and well-managed condominium syndicate.
