Owners’ comments
Lindal cedar house (Lindal cedar home), a rarity along Lake Louisa. Swiss chalet style all in western cedar on 30,000 sq. Ft. Flatland, 100 feet of lake frontage with beach and boat launching ramp. The building of 1 floor on the ground garden, foundations poured concrete. More 21,000 sq. Ft. Land adjoining and building land with 100 feet of frontage on the lake. Land and cottage sold as a block and not separately. Access by municipal road around Lake Lousa. Lake Louisa is a magnificent navigable alpine lake of about 400 hectares, about an hour's drive from Montreal. The cottage is fully finished, except the room-workshop that remains to develop. Everything is original except the 4 main windows on the facade which are 2 years old and 3 years old. The floors of the bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic, the concrete room-workshop. All other rooms have parquet floors. Cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Wood burning stove in the games room located on the ground floor.
