It's a beautiful bungalow located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood surrounded by lots of trees with no neighbours in the back. The house has a big open space with a cathedral ceiling and a nice slow combustion fireplace. It has a car shelter of 24'x24', a shed of 12'x12', a wood shelter of 12'x8' and a 3 seasons veranda of 14'x12'.
It has a ground level 3 1/2 bachelor with a propane fireplace, lots of storage space an an open kitchen and living room. It's currently rented at $625/month till june 2020. It has his own entrance.
