Located on the 3rd and last floor of a building of 10 units. Very clean and well maintained, only one owner. A lot of closet space. Wall-mounted air conditioning and outdoor shed. Well managed building with a good pension fund. Dishwasher, light fixtures, blinds, and curtains included.
