The unit T414 is in the centre of the building on the second floor - from each room you have a view on the lake - one visit and you will see that it is an exceptional site - all owners have access to the lake either for a swim or any other activities on the water. The heated pool is also another area that you might enjoy. The surrondings are pleasant and well kept.

You may want to receive a group of friends. The CLUB HOUSE can be available. The equipment at the gym was upgraded a few weeks back. The garage is heated and there are parking spaces outside for visitors.

Geothermic (heat & air conditioning).

All windows of the unit are equipped with wooden white Californian shades.

Four roll-down retractable shades SIGNATURE on the balcony for more privacy or when the sun is too strong.
