Owners’ comments
Four season cottage, 1200 square feet including livable basement, fully renovated. Directly on the river Du Lièvre, poured concrete foundation of 10 feet high done in 2012 which makes for a really nice walkout basement with double garden door. The house has been completely renovated from 2014 to 2015 from top to bottom which include new roof, plumbing, electricity, windows, floors all insulation and sprayed foam insulation in basement, exterior has new Canexel with 2-inch insulated foam underneath, the 2 bathrooms, everything! We just had the water UV filter installed in November 2020. Comes with some furniture such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, blinds, curtains, ceiling fans, water cooler. Washer and dryer installation is set up. 2 bedrooms. We have 2 separate driveways that can accommodate up to 8 cars. Electricity and plumbing is done to accommodate a kitchen on the first floor should you wish to move your kitchen from the basement to the first floor or just create a second one.
The grounds have been redone and has a big 16 x 20 deck overlooking the water. You can leave your home by boat, ATV, snowmobile or simply enjoy your piece of paradise and we are 2 km away from the village.
