Superb bungalow, one owner, in a very quiet area and close to everything. Over the years, we have done some work to make it more attractive and secure.
From the construction stage, the installation of an ESWA radian heating system (very economical, comfortable and less dust), a BIS fireplace and an insulation under the basement slab.
In 2001, redevelopment of the basement, installation of French doors, cedar wardrobe and floating preart Gerflor.

Superbe bungalow, un seul propriétaire, dans un secteur très tranquille et près de tout. Au cours des années, nous y avons apporté quelques travaux afin qu'elle soit plus attrayante et plus sécure.
Dès la construction, l'installation d'un système de chauffage radian (très économique, confortable et moins de poussière) de marque ESWA, d'un foyer BIS et dun isolant sous la dalle du sous-sol.
En 2001, réaménagement du sous-sol, installation de portes françaises, garde-robe de cèdre et prélart flottant Gerflor.
En 2003, installation d'une piscine 10 X 20 en bois.
En 2007, remplacement toiture maison et cabanon.
En 2011, nouvelles fenêtres à manivelle partout (étage et sous-sol), porte patio triple verre. Pose de Canexel pour remplacer bois sur façade de la maison.
En 2016, remplacement du chauffe-eau (prévention).
En 2017, remplacement toile de la piscine. Remplacement de l'auvent rétractable du patio et des fenêtres arrières.
En 2018, installation de cheminées d'accès au drain et réparation, à titre de prévention, de quelques fissures sur le solage. Même si nous n'avons jamais eu d'infiltrations d'eau, nous l'avons fait faire afin de rassurer les futurs acheteurs. Nous avons teint le patio et la piscine.
En hiver 2019, la maison a été peinturée au complet (même les garde-robes). Nous avons fait poser une nouvelle céramique dans la cuisine et fait changer la hotte de poêle. La salle d'eau a été restaurée; fait faire une douche en céramique, changé le lavabo, la toilette et installé un plafond suspendu.
Nous sommes près de tous les services (10 minutes des ponts / 10 minutes de Lévis). Transport en commun au coin de la rue. Tout près, il y a des écoles primaires, secondaires, bibliothèque et terrain de jeu (baseball, soccer...), l'hiver il y a une patinoire extérieure. Centre de ski de fond à proximité.
