Owners’ comments
Lot of 1.5 acres, with 1 cottage built in 2000, southern orientation, 1/3 wooden.
The cottage is 1400 sq.ft. The walls and cathedral ceiling are covered with beautiful natural white pine.
The main room is huge and very bright: 1100 sq.ft. (30 x 35 feet) with cathedral ceiling, many windows and sliding doors unto new front cedar deck (2018) with a beautiful view of the lake.
The other rooms consist of new kitchen area, full bathroom with shower, laundry room and a bedroom at the back (15 x 11 feet) with a separate entrance.
There is also a side entrance; both side and back entrances have new cedar decks (2018).
This building used to be the lodge when the outfitter was in operation.
