Love at first sight Magnificent and large Canadian stone house with adjacent garage located in a peaceful roundabout. 5 minutes from Highway 40 and Notre-Dame Street. Very functional house with lots of storage. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are large. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet as well as a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. In this bathroom is a large whirlpool with light of different colors and heating lights above the bath. Open concept kitchen with huge wood island including a hob and a built-in hood. The kitchen comes with a large double fridge and 2 overlapping self-cleaning convection ovens. The living room includes a large functional field stone fireplace. Bus stop 2 minutes walk: circuits 300 or 400 West to Montreal Radisson or Honoré Beaugrand metro stations. Ideal area for families, because there are schools, daycares, several parks, Carrefour du nord shopping center, grocery stores, etc. nearby.
