In the heart of Saint-Étienne close to all services. Arena, pharmacy, grocery store, school, restaurant, bowling alley and much more within two minutes walk.
Being on the ground floor gives you a nice access to the land which is opposite the parking lot (very quiet). In addition, this level offers you a huge entrance with a walk-in closet and a generous locker. The units are very well soundproofed and the agreement between co-owners is great.
Double parking at the end of the driveway gives you a little more space for your cars and access to the outside shed leads directly to the parking lot.
