Charming house located in a dead-end street with a partial view on Ashuapmushuan river.
3 1/2 apartment in the basement (rented $ 475 / month on July 1st) with lots of light. Possibility of taking over the accommodation to make it an additional living area (family room, full bathroom, and one bedroom) or a bi-generation at the end of the 1 year rental.
All floors are ceramic and hardwood in the house. Heated ceramic floor in the bathroom.
