This beautiful home has had the same owner since it's construction in 1989. Situated on a lovely private property measuring 15900 square feet and bordered by a cedar hedge and a fir hedge. The property is located 3km from autoroute 31, 4 km from autoroute 40 and 15 km from autoroute 158. The area is very peaceful and calm while still being close to amenities; supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, and the river are but a ten-minute drive away. The street is also calm and ends in a cul-de-sac keeping car circulation at a minimum. The houses have been a very well kept, excellent neighborhood!
