Owners’ comments
Sunny country house with 3 hectares of property and a large barn. Quiet place at only 20 minutes drive to downtown Rimouski.
The ground floor is an open area. The roof has been rebuilt in 2016 (structure, insulation and covering material), and the windows of the first floor have been changed in 2011. The bathtub/shower is new (2020).
Many trails have been made on the property, and you can find lots of wild apple trees. In addition, we planted numerous Quebec indigenous trees to increase the biodiversity (>100). The three hectares comprise forest patches, a field, and a creek.
The property includes three buildings: a large barn, a former cowshed arranged as a garage (electricity, water, isolation and wood stove) and a large shed.
The regulation permits all kinds of projects such as growing vegetables, raising cattle, bees, etc.
