The backyard is embellished with a small stream crisscrossing the 20,237 sq. ft. lot. It includes several mature trees, including a magnificent oak, a very large deck leading to the 18-foot above-ground pool, as well as a practical veranda. Inside, you will notice an exceptional luminosity thanks to the panoramic windows in cedar and the 3 skylights. Magnificent living room with natural stone wall and slow combustion fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with 2 sinks, granite countertop with a central island and built-in oven. This communicates with the veranda. The ground floor is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one of which communicates with the master bedroom, the laundry room, and a den that can be used as a second bedroom.
