Spacious and bright, 38x42, south-facing, a 5-minute walk from Mont-Valin Primary School and 10 minutes from a CPE, end of street. You can fully enjoy, a large solarium and a large yard landscaped with fruit trees: apple, pear, plum and noble trees, oaks, black walnut and pedunculate oak, while remaining in a pleasant indoor environment.
This house has been the subject of several renovations including a new, very functional, kitchen, the windows in 2011 and a large solarium 21 feet long without neglecting the exterior insulation partially redone in Canexel since the front is finished in white brick. The roof was done in 2020.
