Owners’ comments
Cozy bungalow 5 minutes west of the island of Montreal, equipped with Fujitsu heat pump (installed 2020), central vacuum, main bathroom with whirlpool tub, laundry room with shower.
Kitchen, dining room, and family room with woodwork, two wood-burning fireplaces (dining room and family room). Thermos doors and windows changed in November 2014, roof redone in October 2014. In bedrooms, hardwood parquet floors covered with carpets. Double garage. Backyard furniture included without supplement.
Beautiful landscaping. Concrete rear balcony 16 feet by 12 feet. 24-foot above-ground pool, 7-seat spa, both equipped with salt chlorine generators.
Train and bus station 2 km away, with public transport on the island. Peaceful neighborhood, close to parks and bicycle paths.
