Just 20 minutes from Sherbrooke, this duplex will charm you with its location. Located near an elementary school, on a quiet street and close to all services, this duplex has two large 5 1/2. It has a very large parking lot that can hold several cars. In addition, the backyard is bordered by a cedar hedge and mature trees creating assured privacy. This place is ideal for a family.
Exterior: The French drains were redone in 2012, as well as part of the foundation. The roof was redone in 2008. The basement was completely insulated with urethane in 2017 and covered with gypsum board. Galleries repainted in 2019-2020
Upper apartment: The water heater dates from 2015, electrical panel changed in 2019.
Lower apartment: The water heater dates from 2019. Ceilings were redone in the living room, kitchen and hallway with integrated LED lights. Kitchen completely renovated in 2016 and still up to date.
