Beautiful country-style house with 4 bedrooms with lots of potential since it can be converted into a bi-generational house, a family daycare, a business such as a hairdresser, massage therepy or beauty salon for example or into a second apartment on the ground floor with two bedrooms and a second kitchen. I, myself rented with Airbnb with excellent results during the summer period, the holiday season and weekends in Winter being only 5 minutes away from Mont Sainte-Anne.

Quiet area with the forest behind, no neighbors behind or on the left side. South orientation with lots of windows so very bright. Large terrace with a pool or even a new arrangement of the terrace such as a children's play module with a spa. About 90% of the furniture and all household appliances are included in the sale price.

You are less than 5 minutes from Mont Sainte-Anne for skiing or mountain biking or all restaurants, shops and school. You are also 20 minutes from downtown Quebec.
