A turnkey condo with multiple possibilities and located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Granby!
Located near Eureka primary school and Sacré-Coeur College
The living area of a semi-detached but with the advantages of a condo. No exterior maintenance and no worries for the future because of the accumulated good provident fund.
The entire main floor, including the interior of the wardrobes, storage cupboards, as well as the stairwells, are freshly repainted.
All door handles and kitchen cabinet doors have been changed on the main floor.
Several chandeliers have also been changed.
Three out of four paved stone entrances have been completely restored. Ours will be done next spring. Already voted by the union.
The sheds have been raised and leveled.

All air exchangers, air conditioners, bathroom fans and dryer outlets have just been cleaned by Ventilo Exp'Air.
