Owners’ comments
It is a one-and-a-half-story house built in 1942. It consists of three rooms, one on the ground floor and two others upstairs. An office is accessible from the master bedroom.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor adjoining the master bedroom with a bath-shower. Another bathroom is located upstairs, this one has only one bath. The floors of the living room and bedrooms are made of hardwood and they are original. The kitchen and bathroom floors are ceramic and the basement floors are concrete. With the exception of the living room, there is a basement where you can find carpeting and an oil stove on a ceramic platform.
The laundry room is in the basement with plenty of storage, a sink, and a laundry chute. Also, two workshops are located in the basement.
In the living room, there is a wood fireplace, the kitchen cabinets are made of wood and the counter is made of laminate. There is also a small kitchen island, the top is ceramic and oak.
Outside, the parking lot is paved with asphalt with permanent anchorages for the winter shelter in canvas for the car. The courtyard is fully fenced at a height of 7 feet. There are a shed and an aluminum gazebo. A 6 x 10 solarium is adjacent to the kitchen.
This house is heated with electricity and oil. Note that the oil tank needs to be replaced. The roof was redone in 2018 (asphalt shingles), which means that the insulation of the attic has been redone in blown urethane. The agricultural drain has been changed. A heat pump with two units of air conditioning and heating was installed in 2018.
