Beautiful cottage, bright, arranged on three levels, level plot with views of Lake Saint-Augustin and in a cul-de-sac street. The 3-season glass roof overlooks a large intimate terrace with spa. Beautiful rooms with lots of storage, walk-in closets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, lingeries, large pantry. Gas installation for stove and BBQ (gas tank rental). One of the upstairs bedrooms is converted into a desk with a foldaway bed. The family room has built-in storage with retractable double bed.
