Come and discover this charming cottage with four bedrooms and an office. Located in the Méandres district, this house is in the heart of a district offering a remarkable quality of life and many advantages: schools (public and private), parks for hiking, running and mountain biking ( Escarpement et Chauveau), Parc des Brumes (skating rink, water games, play modules, soccer field), bike paths, shopping center, grocery store and public transport nearby. Only 10 minutes from the university campus and less than 20 minutes from the Relais ski center.
On the ground floor, the large kitchen with an island is well lit thanks to its southwest orientation. The dining room is warm and spacious. In the living room, the gas fireplace and large windows give the room a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a huge wardrobe with sliding doors with integrated drawers. The two other interestingly sized bedrooms offer lots of light with their south orientation. The heat pump was installed in the summer of 2020 and is guaranteed for 10 years.
