Comfortable, well-lit bungalow with a spacious kitchen/dining room located in a quiet area and close to several services. With its large landscaped lot, swimming pool, shed, large garden, and outdoor fireplace, you will feel in the countryside in the city! A paved parking lot can accommodate 2 cars.
The living room has an exterior entrance and can be converted into a small business (eg: massage therapy clinic). The three bedrooms on hardwood floors are bright and all located on the ground floor.
