***WATERFRONT*** Beautiful 4 season cottage, all inclusive! A little piece of paradise directly on the Lac de la Grange!
The house has a huge balcony that allows you to fully enjoy the view on the lake and the outdoors. The terrain has a slow slope that leads to the water and a dock to enjoy the sunsets.
The cottage is completely energy self sufficient, with solar panels and propane gas.
It is 20 minutes away from the wildlife reserve Papineau-Labelle where you can hike, visit tranquil lakes, fishing etc. and is 45 minutes from Mont-Tremblant.
