  • Bedrooms: Beautiful daylight and walk-in closet in both bedrooms!
  • Backyard: Beautiful grassy backyard with a patio on a cement slab for BBQ and quiet dinner! Possibility of making a vegetable garden! Lawn mowing is included in the condo fees.
  • Transportation: By public Métrobus 803,801,28, express to Parliament Hill and quick access to the highways.
  • Parking: 1x indoor parking included, and there is plenty of space in the streets for a second car.
  • Snow removal: Included in the condo fees. Provigo 2 streets away also accepts cars during snow removal operations (for the second car).
  • Educational establishment: Elementary schools, high schools, and CEGEP nearby.
  • Quality of life (internal): Condo well managed by the CA, very quiet and good neighborhood, no party. Intercom to unlock the entrance door. 
  • Quality of life (external): Several parks and green spaces, "Les Cheminots" bike path that goes to Montmorency Falls. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
