Adjacent to the fabulous Michel Chartrand Park, this house is a real "Haven of Peace" in a charming and very friendly project. The back terrace overlooks the park.
Classic Home Construction. Sunny. 9 foot ceilings. Simple decoration. Wood fireplace. The condominium is very well managed at a low cost ($181 per month) in common expenses including snow removal, landscaping, etc. (see maintenance fees: $2172/year). The roof was redone in 2015.
Effective wall air conditioner to keep the house cool in summer. (See photo 17) "Room 3" is a redesigned garage that could be reconverted. Very good soundproofing.
Appliances are included as well as curtains, blinds, light fixtures, and living room furniture/library.
3D "dollhouse" tour recommended to view the "Split level" style configuration.
